Instead of walking away from these properties because the numbers don’t make sense, you refer it to us! We pre qualify the seller and give you an opportunity to buy the property for a discount with their lender through a short sale.

When you refer a client to us, you will receive weekly updates from our office and know every step of the way what is going on in the transaction until closing.
We also partner with agents in other markets to be a part of our network, We would use you as the agent for our listings and be our go to person in that market for all of our referrals and boots on the ground.
